The Ebury app provides seamless and secure access using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Initial Login: Use your Ebury Online email and password to log in to the app.
Biometric Setup: The app will prompt you to set up Face ID or Touch ID (depending on your device) for quick and secure future access.
Authentication (MFA): During login, the app will show a screen requiring a code. Your two-factor authentication code will be sent via SMS (or a prompt in the app authenticator, if set up) which you must enter to complete the secure login.
Notifications: You will be prompted to allow push notifications to receive real-time updates on your finances.
MFA for Payments: When you make a payment on the desktop platform (Ebury Online), the app may be used to receive a code to Authorise the payment from a cross-channel prompt.
