Tutorial: Seamless Cross-Platform Login

  1. Initiate Login: Go to the Ebury Online login page on your desktop browser and enter your username and password.

  2. Authentication Screen: The desktop screen will immediately display the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) prompt, asking you to get the code from your Ebury Mobile App.

  3. Check Mobile App: Open the Ebury App on your mobile device. You will see a screen displaying a unique 6-digit code with a time limit (e.g., "Your code is valid for 4:30").

  4. Enter Code: Quickly enter this 6-digit code into the "Enter your code here" field on your desktop browser.

  5. Complete Login: Click the Login button on the desktop.

What Happens If the Code Expires?

If the time limit for the code expires on the desktop screen, the system will automatically ask you to log in using an alternative method. This alternative method is the standard way you use for login (SMS or Authenticator App). You will then receive a new code via that method to complete your login.
