You can change the phone number for Two-Factor Authentication Online.

Firstly, you will need to log in to your account. Go to your profile and settings page, by clicking on your name on the navigation menu.

Step 1. Within your profile, go to ‘Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)’. Once there, click the ‘Modify’ button, and you’ll be able to change your mobile phone number.

Step 2. Once you click on Modify the system will ask you to confirm your identity by typing your account password.

Step 3. Select ‘Text Message’.

Step 4. Please remember that you’re changing 2FA both on login and payments. Click on the ‘I understand, continue’ button to confirm.

Step 5. Please enter your phone number that you want to use for 2FA and click on ‘Send the code’.

Step 6. Once done, you’ll receive a text message to the number you provided with a code. Please enter the code you received and click on ‘Verify and save’.

The 2FA phone number has now been successfully changed.
