My payment has been rejected

You have been informed by your beneficiary that the payment has been rejected.

If available, we may be able to check the status of the payment using GPI and confirm whether the payment has been rejected or not. In any case, please note that further actions from our side can only be done once the payment has been returned.

Although giving a timeframe to how long will it take until the payment is back is beyond our control, from experience it might take up to 5 weeks.

If we receive the payment back, we will send you a notification by email.
