1- How can I become an Amazon Seller?

  • If you wish to sell on Amazon, please visit the Amazon Seller web page.

  • Ebury is a member of the Amazon PSP program (visit this link for further information).

2- I am an Amazon Seller and I would like to use Ebury to collect Amazon payments.

  • If you are an Amazon Seller but have yet to become an Ebury customer, please visit this website for information.

  • If you are already an Ebury customer and wish to use Ebury as your Amazon deposit method, please get in touch with your Ebury relationship manager or Client Servicing team via online chat. They will instruct you on the next steps and required information for registering you as an Amazon Seller on Ebury. Please see the question and answer no. 3 for more information.

3- If I am an Amazon Seller, what information should I provide to Ebury?

If you are already using Ebury and wish to use Ebury as your Amazon deposit method for receiving disbursements, you will need to provide us with the following information.

  • Your Bank Account details
    The Bank Account that you will use to send the funds received from Amazon after using Ebury’s FX capabilities.

  • Bank account Statement or Bank account Certificate of the above account details as proof of ownership.

    You can send the above details directly to your Ebury relationship manager or the Client Servicing team.

    Please note that you need to own a real bank account (virtual accounts are not accepted).

4- How can I send the required documents to Ebury?

You can send the required documents directly to your Ebury relationship manager or Client Servicing team.

5- What are the methods for providing proof of bank account ownership?

You could either send us your bank account statement or bank account certificate or anything that could prove that you are the account holder and that you have control of the account.

6- How can I get paid from Amazon to my Ebury account?

  • First of all, you need to be an Ebury customer and have a dedicated currency account. You can request a currency account by contacting your relationship manager at Ebury.

  • Once you get your currency account, you will need to provide Amazon with an account statement. Click here to find out how.

  • You will then need to add your Ebury account as a deposit method on the Amazon Seller portal.

7- How do I add my Ebury account as a deposit method on Amazon seller portal?

8- What should I do if my Amazon account gets blocked?

If your Amazon Seller account gets blocked, please get in touch with Amazon to know the reason.

9- What if I don't have a personal bank account where to repatriate the Amazon disbursements?

Every Amazon Seller using Ebury virtual bank accounts must have a real bank account where to repatriate the funds.

10- What if I no longer work with Amazon?

If you are no longer an Amazon seller, please inform your Ebury relationship manager or Client Servicing team.

11- Why should I use Ebury for collecting Amazon payments?

Ebury is a member of the Amazon PSP program (visit this link for further information). With Ebury you can easily pay suppliers locally and internationally, receive funds from Amazon and other marketplaces, convert balances into any currency when it suits you, or take out a credit line with your Ebury account. 12- What kind of information Ebury is sharing with Amazon?

As Ebury is participating in Amazon’s Payment Service Provider Program, our terms and conditions have been updated to reflect the changes.
