The time it takes for Ebury to receive your funds can vary depending on a number of factors (value date of the payment, intermediary bank processing times, bank cutoff times etc.)
As a general guideline, we would recommend allowing up to two working days for your funds to arrive, and be allocated to your account. Unfortunately, Ebury is not able to track incoming payments. In the event your funds are delayed, we recommend you reach out to the sending bank, and ask them to trace the payment.
On some occasions, If the bank can provide you with a copy of the MT103, this can assist Ebury in locating the payment.
