If you use Sage200 Advanced Edition, syncing data from your existing Ebury account can often be time-consuming. Each time you initiate or receive a payment or make a trade, you need to manually update Sage200 Advanced Edition to keep these transactions up to date. This means a higher risk of human error and endless minutes spent entering data.

Benefits of using Sage200 Advanced Edition with Ebury

  • Automatic transaction import: Your Ebury transactions flow directly into Sage200 Advanced Edition without manual uploads.

  • Sync transactions: Sage200 Advanced Edition matches imported Ebury transactions with invoices and payments, reducing manual work.

  • Financial visibility: Bank movements appear in Sage200 Advanced Edition so you can monitor balances and cash flow.

  • No technical setup required: No API keys, custom development, or plugins. The setup takes place directly in Sage200 Advanced Edition and takes just a few minutes.

Requirements

  • A valid Ebury account

  • Online access to both the Ebury and Sage200 Advanced Edition accounts (you will need to log in during the setup process).

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Select Bank accounts from the Accounting drop-down list or click the Bank accounts button in the menu bar.

  11. Click Finish to complete the process.

To sync your bank transactions, select Downloads from the Bank Feeds drop-down. This will download any new transactions since your last request.
