Our customers that are serviced by Ebury Partners UK Limited and Ebury Partners Market Ltd will be covered under the Consumer Duty as the regulation applies specifically to where the financial services entity is located. However, other Ebury entities that are based outside of the UK will not be subject to the Consumer Duty.
