The Consumer Duty applies to all retail customers that are serviced by Ebury Partners UK Limited and Ebury Partners Market. Retail customers as defined by the FCA are:
Consumers - Any natural person acting for purposes outside his trade, business or profession.
Microenterprises - An enterprise which:
(a) employs fewer than 10 persons; and
(b) has a turnover or annual balance sheet that does not exceed £1 million,
Charities with a turnover of less than £1 million, and
A natural person acting in a capacity as a trustee if acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession
