To access your Trade Finance Dashboard, click on the ‘Trade Finance’ option in the left main menu.

At the top of the screen, you can see your Credit Line and utilisation.

An alert message will appear above your Credit Line to highlight when a repayment is overdue.

The status of your financial accounts is also displayed to the right of your Credit Line.

Please send updated accounts to your relationship manager and settle any repayments due to avoid delays in processing new trades.

Below the Credit Line, are two tabs: Submitted Requests and Repayments

1) Submitted Requests

This tab shows all the requests submitted on the platform.

And includes:

  • Payment Date - The date payment will be made to your supplier

  • Trade Reference - The reference number for your financing request

  • Amount - The currency and payment amount you have requested us to be pay your supplier

  • Status - There are five possible statuses:

    • Processing request - This means we have received your trade request and it is currently being reviewed. If any further information is required, our TF Operations department will contact you via email.

    • Payment processing - This means your request has been approved and the payment to your supplier is in progress

    • Payment rejected - If your request has been rejected, you will be notified via email.

    • Request cancelled - If you would like to cancel a trade request, kindly email tradefinanceoperations@ebury.com and it will be cancelled.

    • Payment made - Payment has been made to your Supplier. Once the request has been paid, you will be able to see it in the Repayments Tab.

You can filter Submitted Requests by:

  • Payment Date

  • Supplier Name

  • Amount

  • Status

2) Repayments

This table shows all repayments to Ebury that are due or have been made. Any requests that have been marked as ‘Payment made’ in the ‘Submitted Requests’ tab will be shown here:

This table includes:

  • Due Date - This is the date you are due to repay Ebury

  • Trade Reference - The reference number for your financing request

  • Original Amount - The amount paid to your supplier with the corresponding FX rate used as part of the repayment calculation

  • Repayment Amount - This is the amount you are due to repay Ebury

  • Actual Date - This is the date that funds were received for repayment

  • Status - There are three statuses applicable to each request:

    • Repayment made - Indicates you have repaid Ebury the Amount owed

    • Repayment pending - Indicates repayment is still pending and it is not overdue.

    • Repayment overdue - This indicates the repayment is still pending and it is overdue. The number of days repayment is overdue will be indicated beside the Repayment Date.

You can filter Repayments by:

  • Due Date

  • Actual Date

  • Original or Repayment Amount

  • Status

Side panels

Further information relating to your submitted requests and repayments can be obtained by clicking on the Ebury EPTF reference number appearing in each table.

The information in the side panel can be downloaded into a PDF where Repayment bank details are also located.

Statements

You can download statements for submitted requests and repayments in .xls or .csv file format by clicking on the download icon on the top right hand side of each table.
