Follow these simple steps to manage your payments:
Step-by-Step Cancellation
Navigate to Payments: On your main dashboard, click on the Payments tab in the sidebar menu.
Locate the Transaction: Find the specific payment you wish to stop.
Select Cancel.
Important Considerations
Please Note: Cancelling a payment does not automatically cancel any associated FX transaction or trade. If your payment was linked to a specific currency exchange, the exchange operation will remain active unless you contact your account manager and request this from them.
