To cancel the payment please click on the Payments tab.

Find the payment you want to cancel and click on the ellipses on the right side of the page and choose the option Cancel.

Select Yes, cancel payment.

Bare in mind, that the cancellation of the payment doesn’t mean the cancellation of FX transaction connected with the payment.
