Use the dedicated Convert tool to exchange currency balances internally between two Ebury accounts you own for future use.
Access Convert: From the home screen, tap the currency balance you wish to sell (e.g., EUR), then tap Convert.
Set Currencies:
In the From field, select the currency you are selling (e.g., EUR).
In the To field, select the currency you are buying (e.g., USD).
Enter Amount: Enter the amount you wish to sell. The equivalent amount you will receive will be calculated instantly.
Add Reason: Select the reason for the conversion (e.g., "Payment for identifiable goods").
Review Rate: View the transaction details, including the estimated and guaranteed live rate.
Confirm: Tap Continue and confirm the transaction.
The funds will appear in your target currency balance immediately.
