1. In case the beneficiary has already been paid once:
If a beneficiary is already an existing beneficiary on your account but the payment details have changed, please reach out to the Operations Team via Live Chat to deactivate the old beneficiary. Once this has been done, you can add the beneficiary online with the new account details: How can I add a new beneficiary?
In order to delete a beneficiary that has been paid 1 or more times, please also contact the Operations Team via Live Chat.
2. In case the beneficiary has never been paid:
If the beneficiary has never been paid before, you can amend or remove the beneficiary yourself via the online platform.
1. To amend or remove a beneficiary, go to 'Beneficiaries'.
2. Choose the beneficiary you want to amend and click on the pencil. You can now change the beneficiary details and click 'Save'. To remove a beneficiary, click on the trash can icon and then 'Delete'.
