How to search for a specific beneficiary
Click on "Beneficiaries" tab from your Dashboard
Input the name, the alias, the account number or the IBAN of your beneficiary
You can also filter your beneficiaries by currency, country or creation date
How to edit or remove an existing beneficiary:
If the beneficiary has never been paid you can amend all details.
If the beneficiary has been paid, you will be able to amend:
Alias
Email
Permanent reference
If the name, the account number or the address have changed, you will need to remove the beneficiary and create the a new one.
How to edit a beneficiary:
Click on "Beneficiaries" tab from your Dashboard
Select the beneficiary you would like to edit
Click on the pencil icon close to each to each of the 3 fields and press the blue check to save.
How to remove a beneficiary:
Click on "Beneficiaries" tab from your Dashboard
Select the beneficiary you would like to remove
Click on "Remove" at the top right.
