You can add your Ebury account as your Amazon deposit method in just a few steps in Seller Central.
To ensure your Amazon payments are directed to your new Ebury account, please update the Deposit Method in your seller account settings. You can find all the necessary details in the Ebury account validation letter you received.
Before you begin:
Do not switch accounts close (within 2-3 days) of Amazon's payout date, as it might be flagged as a fraud risk.
Provide the Ebury Account Validation letter as a proof of ownership to Amazon.
Make sure you enter the correct details when switching the account and pay special attention to the “Verify your bank account” section. Please ensure you enter the previous account details prior to adding your Ebury account. Any discrepancies will delay the process.**
Please ensure the ‘Bank location’ field includes the country of your Ebury account. This can be found on the Ebury account validation letter.
Notes:
There is a mandatory three-day security hold before any changes to bank account information take effect. Transfers of funds cannot be initiated until after that period, which starts on the date you submit your new bank account information in your Amazon seller account.
** Identify your account number: This is not your new Ebury account number, but your existing bank account that is currently linked to Amazon. Amazon is asking this as a safety precaution to verify that you are the real account holder.

After you’ve added the Ebury account details to your Amazon seller account, Amazon may ask you to provide a supporting document for your Ebury account. Please contact ecommerce@ebury.com and our team will share the necessary documents with you as soon as possible.
Once the account information associated with your seller account is updated, your future transfers will be submitted to the new Ebury account and you will continue receiving disbursement from Amazon.
