How to Review and Authorise Pending Transactions in the Mobile App

The Mobile Approval feature allows users with authorisation rights to instantly review and approve payments initiated by team members.

Accessing Pending Transactions

  1. View Dashboard: From the home screen, tap the "Pending transactions" tile, which shows the total number of items requiring review (e.g., "35 transactions to review"

  2. Filter for Action: By default, the app shows the "All" view. Tap "Pending Your Approval" to see only the transactions awaiting your signature.

  3. Review Others: Tap "Pending Others Approval" to see items waiting for other managers in your organisation.

Approving a Single Transaction

  1. Tap on the specific payment or trade you need to review (e.g., the large £23,000.00 GBP payment).

  2. A detailed overlay will appear showing the Payment Amount, Fees, Status, Order Date, and any Reference.

  3. After review, tap "Approve" at the bottom of the screen. (You can also tap "Reject" if necessary).

Approving Multiple Transactions (Batch Approval)

  1. On the "Pending Your Approval" screen, tap the "Select" button in the top right corner.

  2. Tap the circle next to each payment you wish to approve (a checkmark will appear).

  3. Once all items are selected, tap "Approve" (or "Reject") at the bottom.

  4. A summary screen will confirm the total number of payments and fees before you finalise the submission.
