Once you submit your complaint, Ebury will:

  • Send you a complaint acknowledgement email within 5 business days.

  • Confirm who will handle your complaint and how you can contact them.

  • We will investigate and provide you with a full response within 15 days from when the complaint acknowledgement letter is sent.

  • In exceptional circumstances, this deadline maybe be extended to 30 calendar days.
